Return and Exchanges
What is your exchange/return policy?
Aldabellascarpa.com accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of online purchase. We can only exchange/return products purchased from Aldabellascarpa.com and returned in original packaging. We will process your exchange within 7 - 10 business days. There will be a $5 re-stocking fee for any merchandise returned with damaged packaging.
You are responsible for shipping the exchange/return merchandise back to our office. We highly recommend returned merchandise be shipped through UPS/FedEx who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. Aldabellascarpa.com will not be responsible for exchanges or returns lost in transit. Aldabellascarpa.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Please fill out the exchange portion of the order form. Return this along with merchandise to Aldabella Scarpa Exchanges/Returns. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your replacement item has been shipped.
Returns?
To return unworn Aldabella Scarpa for a refund, please check the OTHER box on the order form. Return the order form along with the unworn merchandise to Aldabella Scarpa Exchanges/Returns Aldabella Scarpa will credit the credit card used for the purchase. We do not reimburse shipping or any duty/brokerage charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

Where are Aldabella Scarpa Shoes manufactured?
Aldabella Scarpa currently manufactures in China.
How does Aldabella Scarpa ensure its manufacturers adhere to human rights standards?
We require that the factories operate under sound labor conditions, pay fair wages and follow local labor standards. A code of conduct is signed by all factories. Our production staff routinely visits these factories to make sure they are maintaining these working standards.
Are Aldabella Scarpa Shoes Free Trade?
There is currently no free trade certification for footwear and we look forward to supporting its implementation in the future.
